Supplier-Fulfilled Shipping
Blue Peak Trading LLC offers products from multiple supplying brands through Shopify Collective. The supplying brand connected to each product fulfills and ships that product directly to the delivery address entered by the customer at checkout.
Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout after the delivery address is entered. Rates and availability can vary by product, supplier, and destination. An order containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages.
When a supplier provides tracking information, the shipping confirmation is sent to the customer by Blue Peak Trading LLC.
15-Day Return Policy
You may request an eligible return within 15 days after the order is delivered. To request a return, email akash@bluepeaktradingllc.com with your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the request.
Do not send an item back before receiving return approval and instructions. Items returned without prior approval might not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Used or opened personal-care or hygiene products, perishable goods, customized products, gift cards, hazardous materials, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us as soon as possible if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed with the supplying brand.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected after they arrive at the return address. If the return is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.
Address Changes
Review the delivery address carefully before placing an order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been routed to the supplying brand for fulfillment.
